up for sale is a very rare Drivers edition Volkswagen golf.Very few of these were made. 5 speed manual with a 2.8L V6 Engine that makes 177 HP. 210xxx Kms, runs very well, shifts smooth, lots of fun to drive. Recent work done to the car includes 4 shocks and struts ( less than 500 Kms on them). New front axles and control arms, new timing chain tensioners, and engine flush less than 100 KM ago. Car also recieved a major tune up ( spark plugs, coil pack, Mass air flow sensors) rear brakes, wheel bearings and oil pan in the last 25K. Car has been very well maintained. Body is in really good shape for the year with only a few minor surface rust spots here and there( pictured), can be touched up easily. Interior is in excellent shape too. A few performance mods have been done including a GIAC performance chip, full magnaflow exhaust ( including test pipe so car is running with no catalytic converter which throws an engine light), lowered on FK springs and KYB shocks and struts. Other mods include ABT replica side skirts and B&M short throw shifter.
As for the bads, the front bumper has been repainted and doesnt quite match but doesnt look bad.
