1991 BMW 3-Series E30 Coupe - NEEDS TO GO I WANNA GO HOME. in Edmonton, AB

I am selling my 1991 BMW 318IS. This was my project car but due to unforseen circumstances I am moving back home to Nova Scotia and will not be bringing it with me.
The good:
I bought this car with a blown motor and replaced it with a new 1.8 24 valve stock motor. its running a lower compression and can be turboed with some small tuning. ( I have recipts for all the parts and motor. )
I have pretty much every sensor in the car, o2 sensor, tps, relays, knock sensor, dash sensors u name it.
has a k&s intake nothing special.
new cat
new coil packs
new spark plugs
new wires
new tires
rare bmw rims
short throw shifter
new rear brakes
new stereo and speakers ( pioneer 400 watt deck with usb and aux and kicker speakers.
2 10" subwoofers ( rockford fosgate)
600 watt amp (sony)
interior is mint shape except drivers seat.

manuel sunroof.
manuel locks
BRAND NEW FUEL PUMP! Just put it in today.
NEEDS:
Back window is also shattered but still intact not leaking or anything. ( also quoted from eurasia for 150$ installed. they have a spare one laying in the shop i was talking to ralph.)
Last thing to make it perfect is needs one tire-rod end drivers side. its still working fine just has a little bit of understeer while going over 100. not very noticeable im very picky.
CAR HAS NO RUST! LIKE I MEAN SPOTLESS.
paint is not in the worst shape but not in the best shape either.
I have alot of money invested in this and someone is going to get a great deal.
Price is pretty firm but I will take a resonable offer.
