OBO 1996 BMW 328is in Edmonton, AB

Seller note:

I am the 3rd owner of this car, and have had it since February 2010. This car has rarely seen snow and has been well taken care of for its entire life. I bought the car with [removed phone]km on it, and it now sits at just over [removed phone]. This car is in fantastic condition for its age, and I have not come across another e36 this clean in Edmonton since I purchased this one. I planned on keeping this car for a very long time, but I have decided that I would like to buy an M3.
This 328is has all of the options except for heated and power seats. It comes with cruise control, AC, sunroof, stabilization control, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, and more that I am probably forgetting.
The car is mostly stock, with some light modifications. All modifications are totally reversible and I also have all of the stock parts. They will be available free of charge should the new owner want them. The car will also come with 2 sets of wheels and tires. 15? steelies with hubcaps and winter rubber. 16? sport wheels (style 30) with almost new Michelin Pilot AS Sport Plus tires.
This car has been well maintained while under my ownership, and I have many receipts to prove it. The car came out of winter storage last week, and since then I have been getting it ready for its new owner.
Maintenance in the last week:
-Oil change (Castrol Syntec)
-Coolant Flush (BMW brand coolant)
-Brakes checked (pads still have 50%+ left)
-Interior fully detailed
-Exterior washed and waxed
Modifications (All Stock Parts Available):
-Cosmos Racing cold air intake with Amsoil filter
-DDM M3 door moldings
-Depo clear tail lights and side markers
-JVC deck with ipod connection wired to glovebox as well as blue tooth integration.
Other Maintenance Items Since I Purchased the Car:
-Rear Shock mounts replaced
-Fuel Filter replaced
-Cabin Air Filter replaced
-Climate control resistor replaced
-Outer Tie rod replaced
-Front Lower Ball joints replaced

Even though this car is in great condition, there are still some minor aspects that potential buyers should be aware of. Although the paint shines up beautifully, like any car its age, it does have its share of front-end rock chips. These are most noticeable under harsh lighting. On that same note, the paint does contain the odd scratch/scuff, all of which are so minor, that they would not show up in pictures. As well, the drivers seat bolster is starting to show some wear (pictured). Finally, air bag light comes on when the car is first started, but goes away after about 2 minutes of driving. This is a common e36 issue and can be caused by a variety of things. It is likely a seatbelt sensor, but I never saw it as a big deal, so I left it.
