1991 Nissan skyline Gts-t w/'95 rb25 swap in Edmonton, AB

I am putting my summer cruiser up for sale because I have zero time for it, and am looking to start a business in the near future. This car has a swapped in 1995 RB25 with upgraded turbo and intercooler, exedy stage 2 clutch, push button starter, sunroof, konigs, and apexi intake. The whole works should be in around the 300hp mark, but I've never dyno'd it and have really only put about 2000km on it since I've owned it. The chassis has 115,000km and the motor was swapped in with about 50,000km so there's plenty of life left in it. Like all the imports it still needs some tuning, and some small things fixed, but you won't find one this solid around town. It did start grinding a bit in first and third so I'm assuming the synchros are either on their way out, or the wrong gear oil was put in when the clutch was swapped in. I'm looking into it as we speak. Theres a small dent/scratch in the front passenger fender, and some small bodykit cracks... but nothing that I felt needed fixing in the year I've owned it.
May take trades, but cash will be better for the business. No lowballers, I'd rather hold onto it then sell out. These cars will be in short supply when importing them is going to be no longer permitted.
Trades I'd think about are lifted jeeps, and/or sleds. Any M-series, 2007 polaris dragon 700's...not too into the polaris 800's unless they are built...any turbo sled I'll throw in some cash, but not looking to spend a lot of money, maybe $2000-$3000...
