2008 Subaru Impreza DGM ? Only 23K km in Edmonton, AB

Horizontally opposed 2.5 litre 4 cylinder engine, (170 hp / 170 lb-ft) 5-speed manual transmission, Subaru symmetrical AWD, A/C, driver/passenger/side air bags, AM/FM/CD, alarm, power locks, cruise control, power windows, auto-off (contoured multi-reflector projector halogen head & LED tail) lights, power & heated mirrors, etc.
Only 23K km ? warranty to 100K km, with lots of cargo room (as it?s a hatch back with 60/40 split rear seats). Debadged with retractable cargo cover from an STi and front sport grill from Japan.
Included are two sets of wheels (all filled with nitrogen); 5-spoke alloy rims with stock all-season tires plus unidirectional winter tires on the stock rims for winter. (With all wheel drive, winter tires are more of a bonus, so they can be excluded and the price lowered if you prefer.)
Just had B-service (2 year) done - had them put in full synthetic oil.
Crack in windshield - hasn't grown since last summer and doesn't bother as on the passenger side.
